Trưởng Phòng Sản Xuất (Production Manager)

Mô Tả Công Việc: • Lập kế hoạch sản xuất. Kiểm tra - giám sát tiến độ SX. • Chịu trách nhiệm về năng suất, chất lượng sản phẩm, Ghi nhận lỗi phát sinh trong quá trình sản xuất và khắc phục. • Kiểm tra và đánh giá kết quả KPI hàng tháng. Cải tiến tăng năng suất lao động. • Kiểm tra và đôn đốc thực hiện định kỳ bảo trì, bảo dưỡng máy móc. • Quản lý, phân công công việc cho NV cấp dưới. Đánh giá nhân viên hàng tháng. • Thực hiện đào tạo nhân viên về 5S, kaizen, quy trình sản xuất, quản lý tồn kho ... Yêu Cầu: • Tốt nghiệp Đại học các ngành: Quản lý công nghiệp; quản trị doanh nghiệp; kỹ sư nông nghiệp; công nghệ sinh học; công nghệ Hóa ... • Nam/Nữ từ 30T-40T • Có kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương từ 3 năm trở lên ở các công ty Sản xuất. • Hiểu biết về quản trị sản xuất, các lãng phí trong sản xuất, cân bằng chuyền, 5S - Kaizen,. .. • Chưa từng làm tại các công ty về thuốc bảo vệ thực vật, phân bón • Có các năng lực: + Coi trọng thành quả mục tiêu + Chủ động sáng tạo + Làm việc nhóm + Phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề + Năng lực lãnh đạo + Năng lực hướng dẫn, đào tạo + Năng lực kiểm soát mục tiêu công việc.
