CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Consulting customers on using the company's products, answering questions and customer feedback on the products;

- Taking care of old customers (after-sales service), processing orders, implementing sales programs.

- Monitoring, checking and collecting customer debts.

- Performing other assigned tasks.

- Office:

REQUIREMENTS

- Graduated from high school or higher in all majors

- Female from 22T-35T

- No experience required, will train from A - Z

- Quick, intelligent, hard-working, responsible

- Withstand high work pressure

- Good teamwork and independent work
