CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF

RESPONSIBILITIES
    - Provide consultation to customers on company’s agrochemical (plant protection) products via phone; handle inquiries and complaints.
    - Take care of existing customers (after-sales service), process orders, and implement sales programs.
    - Monitor, check, and collect customer debts.
    - Perform other tasks assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
    - College degree or higher in any major.
    - Female, 22–35 years old.
    - No experience required; training will be provided.
    - Proactive, responsible, intelligent, and hardworking.
    - Able to work under high pressure.
    - Strong teamwork and independent working skills.
    - Working hours: 7:30 – 16:45 (Monday – Saturday).
