Nhân Viên R&D (R&D Staff)

Yêu Cầu: • Nữ từ 27 – 40 tuổi • Yêu Cầu bằng cấp: Cao Đẳng chuyên ngành Hóa học, Sinh học, vi sinh,… • Sử dụng thành thạo vi tính văn phòng. • Có kỹ năng phòng thí nghiệm, biết sử dụng máy phân tích trong phòng thí nghiệm (máy HPLC, GC) • Am hiểu về hóa chất. • Khả năng quản lý công việc tốt • Ưu tiên ứng viên hiểu biết về thuốc bảo vệ thực vật. Mô Tả Công Việc: • Nghiên cứu công thức pha chế thuốc bảo vệ thực vật. • Cải tiến công thức và xử lý các vấn đề về chất lượng sản phẩm. • Lập quy trình pha chế sản phẩm. • Kiểm tra các chỉ tiêu hoá lý, phân tích mẫu sau khi sản xuất, mẫu nguyên liệu đầu vào. • Các công việc phát sinh quản lý giao. • Quản lý, đào tạo công tác trong phòng thí nghiệm Quyền lợi • Lương: 9 – 13 triệu • Thưởng lễ, tết, sinh nhật, hiếu hỉ,… • Lương tháng 13, thưởng vụ 2 lần/năm • Tham gia BHXH đầy đủ • Hỗ trợ cơm trưa tại công ty • Du lịch hằng năm • Thời gian làm việc: 7h30-16h45 từ T2-T7 ===================== Job Requirements: • Female, aged 27 – 40 • Educational background: College degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, etc. • Proficient in office computer skills • Laboratory skills, familiar with using analytical instruments in the laboratory (HPLC, GC machines) • Knowledgeable about chemicals • Good job management skills • Prefer candidates with knowledge of pesticides Job Description: • Research and develop pesticide formulations • Improve formulations and address product quality issues • Develop product formulation processes • Inspect physicochemical parameters, analyze post-production samples, and raw material samples • Handle arising tasks assigned by management • Manage and train laboratory staff Benefits: • Salary: 9 – 13 million VND • Bonuses on holidays, New Year, birthdays, weddings, funerals, etc. • 13th-month salary, bi-annual performance bonuses • Full social insurance participation • Lunch support at the company • Annual travel • Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:45 PM from Monday to Saturday
