National Business Manager

Job Description:

- Customer care (Agents/wholesalers, retailers) - Search for new customers

- Conducting promotional programs for new plant protection products (agricultural chemicals)

- Supervising product registration

- Recruiting, training, managing sales staff and supporting staff under their authority

- Managing the supply chain of goods in the host country - Managing company costs

- Fresh graduates (no experience) or experienced are both accepted - Age 20-35 (Male or female) - Good English skills (4 skills of listening, speaking, reading, writing) to communicate with customers and employees later

- Able to travel and work abroad, at least 8 months/year. The remaining four (4) months will be spent at the office in Vietnam.

- Have the will to rise up, get rich, hard-working, family circumstances create conditions for working far away

- Graduated from one of the following majors: Foreign Language (the language you want to recruit)??? Agriculture, Cultivation, Plant Protection, Chemistry, Economics, Finance, Business, International Business, Business Administration, Biology, Food, ...

Benefits:

- Holidays: Holidays according to the schedule in the working country. When working in Vietnam, holidays according to the Vietnamese calendar. Salary: During 7 months of apprenticeship, according to the employee salary table at BMC Vietnam
Salary (After 7 months of studying in Vietnam): Minimum 25 million / month for the months of working in Vietnam. When going abroad, it is 2 times/ for the months working abroad
Overseas working regime:
+  House rent is paid
