PESTICIDE MIXING TECHNICIAN
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive and follow daily formulation plans and recipes from the Production Manager.
- Carry out mixing and formulation processes as per instructions; assign and supervise assistant workers.
- Report daily tasks to the Production Manager (both digital and hard copy).
- Coordinate with the QC/Material Control team for daily receipt of raw materials and semi-finished ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with 5S standards in the formulation area.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Production Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- College degree or higher in Chemistry, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- Male, 20–35 years old, no prior experience in the agrochemical industry.
- No work experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Physically fit to work in a chemical (agrochemical) environment.
- Working hours: 7:00 – 16:30 (Monday – Saturday) + overtime as required.
- Location: Lot MB1-2, Duc Hoa 1 Industrial Park, Hamlet 5, Duc Hoa Dong, Duc Hoa, Long An
