HR & ADMIN SPECIALIST
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Human Resources Management
- Organize and manage HR-related tasks at the factory such as: personnel management, employee onboarding, labor contracts, appointments, performance evaluations, etc.
- Implement and oversee compensation and benefits policies including: social insurance, timekeeping, rewards/discipline, welfare and employee benefits.
- Develop internal regulations, procedures, and policies related to occupational safety, fire prevention, information security, and risk management at the factory.
- Plan workforce and manage labor productivity to effectively support the factory’s business operations and strategic goals.
2. Recruitment and Training
Develop recruitment plans, directly conduct training, and manage human resource development on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
3. Administration
- Organize and manage the company’s tangible assets.
- Supervise and manage security, protection, fire prevention, and disaster prevention tasks.
- Organize and manage healthcare services and workplace environmental hygiene.
- Handle external relations with local authorities, and oversee corporate social responsibilities (employee welfare, government relations, local engagement, etc.).
4. Others
Perform other tasks as assigned by direct supervisors and the Board of Directors.
REQUIREMENTS
- Male/Female, aged 25–40.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proactive, flexible, decisive, and quick in problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong management and training abilities.
- Working hours: 7:30 AM – 4:45 PM, Monday to Saturday.
- Workplace: Lot MB1-2, Duc Hoa 1 Industrial Zone, Hamlet 5, Duc Hoa Dong, Duc Hoa, Long An.
