PRODUCTION MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop production plans, monitor, and supervise production progress.

- Responsible for productivity and product quality, record and resolve defects arising during production.

- Review and evaluate monthly KPIs, propose improvements to increase labor productivity.

- Monitor and ensure regular maintenance and servicing of machinery.

- Manage and assign tasks to subordinates, conduct monthly employee evaluations.

- Conduct employee training on 5S, Kaizen, production processes, inventory management, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

- College/University degree in Industrial Management, Business Administration, Agricultural Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemical Technology, etc.

- Male/Female, aged 25 – 40.

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Team Leader in manufacturing companies.

- Knowledge in production management, waste elimination in production, line balancing, 5S – Kaizen, etc.

- Must not have previously worked in companies producing pesticides or fertilizers.

- Working hours: 7:00 – 16:30 + overtime, Monday to Saturday

- Workplace: Lot MB1-2, Duc Hoa 1 Industrial Park, Hamlet 5, Duc Hoa Dong, Duc Hoa, Long An

- Basic salary: 16,000,000 – 30,000,000 VND
