PRODUCTION WORKER (LONG AN)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform simple tasks on the production line, including:
- Label Inspection: Ensure labels are correctly applied, not torn or misaligned, and match the product code.
- Cap & Bottle Inspection: Check bottle and cap quality (no dents, cracks, or damage; screw caps tight, no leaks).
- Filling: Operate the filling machine or assist in filling products according to the specified quantity.
- Packaging & Boxing: Arrange finished products into boxes, apply labels, and record batch codes.
- Follow production instructions, quality standards, and occupational safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with 5S standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- No tattoos
- Age: 22–under 40
- Able to tolerate pesticide smell, physically healthy, hardworking, and quick
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
BENEFITS
- Probation salary (1 month): 8,000,000 VND + 80% of performance-based pay. Official salary: 9,000,000 VND + 1,000,000 VND performance evaluation allowance + 100% of performance-based pay. Total income after confirmation: 15,000,000 – 19,000,000 VND per month.
