STORE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
REQUIREMENTS
- Age: 22 – 35
- Gender: Male/Female
- Education: College degree or higher in any major
- Experience: At least 1 year in positions such as Sales, Accounting, Management, etc.
- Office computer skills
- Communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under high pressure
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Control and manage shop staff ordering activities
- Transfer and control the transfer of goods to different shops
- Monitor reports and conduct monthly inventory checks
- Develop sales plans and increase revenue for the shops
- Guide shop staff in organizing workshops and sales promotion programs
BENEFITS:
- Basic salary: 10,000,000 – 15,000,000 VND
- 13th-month salary and seasonal bonuses twice per year (1–2 months of negotiated salary, equivalent to the 14th and 15th month salary++)
