JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Cargo Inspection & Verification
- Inspect pre-sorted goods from the warehouse:
+ Direct truck-loading cargo (local delivery);
+ Provincial/consignment cargo (inter-provincial delivery);
+ Return goods;
+ Draft Sales Return Reports.
- Transfer and re-route cargo when there are changes in delivery plans from Customer Service (CS).
- Double-check pre-sorted provincial/consignment cargo against each specific delivery order.
2. Delivery & Dispatch
- Inspect & report:
+ Unloaded/left-behind cargo for local trucks;
+ Unloaded/left-behind cargo for provincial/consignment shipments.
- Receive dispatch slips sent to the warehouse at scheduled hours => Hand over to the Warehouse team for order picking/sorting.
- Re-inspect verified local cargo before DISPATCHING to local trucks.
- Sign off on delivery receipts.
- Reconcile with the stevedoring/loading team.
- Input loading/stevedoring information into the CRM software.
- Receive returned cargo brought back by local delivery trucks to the Company.
REQUIREMENTS
- Age: 22 - 40 years old.
- Education: Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in any major.
- Skills: Well-organized, calm, and composed.
- Attributes: High resilience to pressure, highly adaptable and flexible.
- Interpersonal skills: Friendly, professional, and civilized communication.
- Working hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM + regular overtime (Monday to Saturday).
- Work location: Lot MB1-2, Duc Hoa 1 Industrial Park, Hamlet 5, Duc Hoa Dong, Duc Hoa, Long An.
BENEFITS & COMPENSATION
- Base salary: VND 9,000,000 - 10,000,000/month.
- 13th-month salary & Performance bonus: 2 times/year (equivalent to 1-2 months' salary as agreed, equivalent to 14th, 15th-month salary++).
