MARKET DEVELOPMENT STAFF
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new customers; expand the Plant Protection Product market.
- Implement promotional and advertising activities to introduce products to end-users.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
- Work at the company office (30%) and market development (70%) based on clear strategies and plans. (Note: We do not recruit regional resident staff).
- Provided with transportation and expenses for business trips (usually 7–14 days).
- Each business trip will cover 1 to 3 districts within a province.
- Carry out other assigned duties.

+ Suoi Thong B, Da Ron, Don Duong, Lam Dong
+ KM 16, National Highway 14, Buon Cuor Dang, Cu M’gar, Dak Lak
+ C139 Hong Loan 5C Apartment, KV4, Hung Thanh Ward, Cai Rang District, Can Tho City
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from Intermediate level or higher in any major.
- Male, aged 22–35.
- No experience required, fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proactive, intelligent, hardworking, and responsible.
- Able to work under high pressure.
- Good teamwork and independent working skills.
- Working hours: 7:30 AM – 4:45 PM, Monday to Saturday.

+ Branches: 8,500,000 – 12,000,000 VND
+ Headquarters: 9,000,000 – 13,000,000 VND (based on competency).
