MARKET DEVELOPMENT STAFF (LONG AN/CAN THO/LAM ĐONG/ ĐAK LAK/BINH ĐINH)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Search for new customers; expand the market for plant protection products.
- Carry out promotional and advertising activities to introduce products to consumers.
- Work at the company office (30%) and travel to develop the market (70%) according to clear strategies and plans. Resident sales staff are not recruited.
- Provide vehicle support and travel expenses during business trips (each trip usually lasts from 7–14 days).
- The working area for each business trip will follow the assigned management region or the company’s deployment plan.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from Intermediate level or higher in any major.
- Male, aged 22–35.
- No experience required, fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proactive, intelligent, hardworking, and responsible.
- Able to work under high pressure.
- Good teamwork and independent working skills.
- Working hours: 7:30 AM – 4:45 PM, Monday to Saturday.

- Basic salary:
+ Branches: 8,500,000 – 12,000,000 VND
+ Headquarters: 9,000,000 – 13,000,000 VND (based on competency).
